I don't know if I posted this poem before, but apologise if I have. It was written through inspirational writing, channelled by Spirit following a meditation. Enjoy!
Our Spirit Guides – 12/04/2010
Our Spirit Guides are helpers sent here today to be,
Our inner most thoughts and friends from the higher plane,
They will guide and direct us,
Heal and protect us, during the course of our day.
We have many you know who come in and out of our lives,
They each have a job and we may meet them only for a short while,
Or they may stay longer with us, protecting and ensuring that we do our best.
We each have Spirit Guides you see, they can be just like you or me,
Or they may be aged and from a different place.
Your Spirit Guides are many and many you will still have,
But to know your Spirit Guide is precious,
Because you can speak more fluidly,
And get the guidance that you need,
By simply taking the time to stop and see,
See what it is you need to learn and ask what is you need to know,
Our Spirit Guides are with us from our birth until we go home.
So next time you think that you are alone or you feel that nobody understands,
Just take a moment or two, speak to your guides and see what lands,
Between your mind and heart and that is your Spirit Guide,
Giving you the information for you to succeed on this earth
Showing you how to be the person you where born at birth and the journey of your life begins upon this earth.

i have very active brain and want to learn,learn ,learn,have a wide range of learning including grief counselling,group work,lots of different things.
We now have our own Spiritualist Union here in Ireland so really love that and our own sanctuary.Am very involved in this and love it. -
